90g of carbohydrates - The maximum amount of carbohydrates that can be utilised by an advanced endurance athlete per hour.

1:0.8 ratio of maltodextrin : fructose - Increases gastric emptying time and absorption rates to reduce gastric irritation.

3g of L-Glutamine - Reduces the accumulation of ammonia in the blood, preventing fatigue.

Added Electrolytes - Help to maintain bodily water preventing cramps and dehydration.

Unflavoured - Helps to reduce flavour fatigue for prolonged endurance activities.

Vegan and Gluten free formulation - Vegan society registered and gluten free so you never have to compromise your diet.
